I don't get it. What does the picture have to do with the post?
Dona: Did you notice anything "odd" about the picture?
Okay, so the stairs at the top are never ending. But that's a crazy lot of detail for the rest of the building for that little bit of "'round and 'round."
Ok...so do you "not get what the picture has to do with the post", or do you get what it has to do with it, but just think it's a bad choice of a picture?
I get it now. Before I didn't look at it closely enough. But I think it's kind of a lousy picture, because you have to look for it to see that...and there are so many other things in the picture to draw the eye ...
Maybe I'm just unobservant (inobservant? whatever).
That's exactly what makes it such a good picture. It's so wrong, but yet it looks so normal at first. Just like the sentences I wrote. At first blush, they seem fine...and then you think about them...
