I can only imagine...
Heidi's uncle Ted Schick is sitting in the ineffable glory of Christ this morning. He's basking in the Holiness, Power, and Love of our awesome Creator.
He took his last earthly breath at 2:45 this morning. We're thankful he went peacefully. His breathing just got slower and slower until it stopped. He left his battered body behind. His cane is useless to him now. He's dancing and singing with Angles as they shout perfect praises to our King.
1 Corinthians 2:9 - but just as it is written, "THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM."
We're so thankful that God gave Ted a new heart to love the lord many years ago and used him to touch many lives while he lived out his twinkling of an eye here on earth.
Visitation and Funeral arrangements are still pending.
God is good.

Wow- I didn't even know he was sick. That part about his cane being useless now because he's dancing and singing really touched me. Praise God.
Yeah, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer a few months back. It spread all over quickly.
Yeah, it's comforting to know that now Ted knows what "Mighty Fine" really feels like!
John Reinhard visited Ted last Saturday, and shared Ted's story over the pulpit last Sunday...so touching, and I'm rejoicing with you that he's forever with Jesus in eternity!
Thanks Vanessa. It's a blessing.
