Is it me, or are these out of order too? I mean, "beef four heap luck Yule" could be rearranged to "luck beef four Yule heap" which would be "look before you leap." Are we suposed to unscramble them too?

The last is definitely the hardest. When you see it you'll kinda go...ehhh... because it sounds the least like what it's supposed to out of all of them.
