Ever heard of trunk monkeys? Yeah...pretty cool.
For a brief rundown of my weekend check out Joe's blog. The highlight was either Joe coming to the surface of the river after losing a 20 lb catfish, (yeah, he was ticked) or else Kirby sticking his foot in his mouth again.

I don't have a trunk for the monkey to hide in. Oh well. That was funny though, thanks for sharing.
Don't catfish like sting, or something? With the whisker things? I don't think I'd want to try to grab one. But I'm glad you guys had fun with that! Too bad the big guy got away. My dad got a bass on his hook, using a piece of a hotdog, and it looked pretty big, but the pole wasn't strong enough to bring him in, so he got close enough for us all to see, but then he got away. Bummer! And my mom got a 16 inch bass, was trying to get him off the hook when he jerked. That put a hook in mom's thumb pretty deep. So, for about 20 min. my dad and some neighbors worked to cut the hook off the repela (however you spell that) and push the hook back out a new way and take it all the way through. Sounds painful to me! And mom sure sounded like she was in pain!! But, I love fishing! Caught about 35!
